Christie Nauheimer is a Long Island based artist and writer. Her visual art focuses on the use of high saturation through landscape, portraiture, abstraction, and many other subjects in multiple mediums including painting, drawing, embroidery, collage, and digital painting. Her most recent work focuses on imagery of nature and bringing out the natural whimsiness that lies beneath the surface. She enjoys using her creative abilities in as many ways as possible, most recently by painting sets for professional theatre.
